CAN TURNING POINT PATHWAYS HELP ME WITH MY HEALTH PROBLEMS?

Perhaps you have been examined by doctors, had blood tests, x-rays and other diagnostic tests and your doctor says, your “reports have all come back and are normal.”  Yet, you and your doctor know that you are sick.  Maybe you have been prescribed many different medicines, had surgery or physical therapy and yet you are still suffering with symptoms and feel ill.  You may possibly be worried about your family’s medical history and your genetic predisposition for illness.  Some of you may know vitality and want to live preventively, optimally and enjoy the benefits of healthy living.
 

PERSONALIZED MEDICAL PLANS

We will provide a personalized medical plan to each patient following the initial consultation, required testing results, research and our own integrated medical board and consultants review.  These are synthesized in a written summary, along with recommended management and treatment options for the root cause of an illness or prevention for illness risk.  Plans are based on biochemical individuality and genetic blueprint, dynamic balance, vitality, organ reserve and patient centered care.

 

NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE MEDICINE

Turning Point Pathways utilizes pharmaceutical medications prescribed by our physicians, in addition to a variety of Chinese herbs, botanicals, bio-identical hormones, pure and organic pharmaceutical grade medical foods and supplements.

 

TESTING AT TURNING POINT PATHWAYS

Some testing is done through conventional laboratories and others are available only through specialty labs.  During your medical consultation, your physician will determine which tests you will need and our nurse will instruct you on the process and fees.  Some tests (urine, saliva or stool) are collected at home.  We may refer you for scans, tests or additional studies at other facilities.  In any case, we will coordinate and assist you in this process.

MEDICAL RECORDS

We only release your information with your authorization.  A release form is in your new patient package for your use to have your records released to us.  You are responsible for gathering your previous medical records from other health care providers and confirming their express delivery to The Institute for Women’s and Children’s Health at the address or fax below, or emailed to RECEPTION@cle-chi.com five days prior to your appointment.
